hello. i have been on the cambridge diet SS for exactly six weeks. and i have lost exactly two stone
i am super happy with that!!!
i am getting married in exactly 11 weeks!!!
im hoping to be at target by my wedding day.
is two stone in six weeks good?
what have you all lost in 6 weeks?
i have to add i did cheat ONCE i had one slice of cucumber because i felt weak. xx

Well done that's awesome, and I couldn't help but giggle at your "cheat" as cheats go that has to be the tamest I have ever heard of!

After 6 weeks I had lost 2st 1lb, as well, but considering the average is supposed to be 1st a month we have both done pretty well!

It's great you have your wedding to aim for, do you have a dress already? If so it's gonna need some major adjustments right!! Your wedding will definitely keep too right on track x

thanks girls as for my wedding dress i brought it in london a year ago when i was a size 20!!! my dress is a size 8/10/12 as it has ribbon at the back. so i will need to be a size 8/10/12 right now im a size 12 i lost some weight before i came on here, my dress is already with the lady that does fittings and adjustments. she is doing my last fitting on 20th may i cant wait to see her to be honest the last time i saw her i was 14st and she said to me "surely you wont lose that much weight" iv lost almost 3 stone since i last saw her! and by may 20th il hopefully be another 3 stone down i cant wait to see her face 6 stone down
as for the cucumber all the bloody thing did was open my bowels for two days!!! i must of lost a lb of **** lol.
i think the wedding has kept me going, im so paranoid at bumping into people iv not seen in a long time im trying to shift as much as poss before the big day.my sister had a baby 7 weeks ago. when i was at the birth i was nearly 3 stone more than her. we weighed today in front of each other and im the same as her, her jaw almost touched the ground super proud moment for me and when i visit her next i know il be less than her!! lol x

well this morning my wedding night underwear arrived in the post in size 10/12 white fish net stockings,see threw bodice, suspender belt with a matching

I got married in Italy it was warm and rained just afterwards but there was a heat wave in the UK that week so it was sunny and hot here

im planning on being a right "MILF" that night!! lol

im currently doing our wedding evening buffet menu so far i have got as far as ordering the "hog roast" YUM!!!
aww id love to get married in Italy we was going to go there for our honeymoon but decided between a few.
iv just come back from cooking dinner i made my children/h2b/my dad spag bowel i ALMOST licked my finger when it went on my thumb ohh i hate dinner times!!
that sauce smells well........

That's fab Louise your posts have been making me laugh! My daughter gets married the week before you so I've been on the CD to lose weight for the big day! I've lost 2 stone in 9 weeks so am well pleased! I can really see the difference now especially as I'm only 5ft tall every pound shows when it goes on!! I'm now in size 12 jeans and my MOTB outfit now fits and looks lovely! My other daughter gets married in August so a good incentive to keep going!!

Hey! Just wanted to say congrats on the weight loss! That's an amazing difference!!! I'm also quite short and I'm starting at a similar weight to you so it's AMAZING knowing that in 6 weeks I could potentially be a size 12!!! I'm also doing it for my wedding in August, I just worked out it's 5 months today! I've got my next dress fitting in June and my dress is currently a size 16/18 so I don't know if it will be able to be adjusted but if it isn't then I'll just be happy to have lost enough weight and I'll go and buy a off the rack dress or something. Either way it's all good lol. Where are you going for your honeymoon? It's all so exciting! Hope it goes well for you! x

i was just talking to the lady who is doing my dress adjustments and a dress can be taken in no matter how much my dress lady is taking the buttons/zip off the back of mine replacing with lace, then taking dress in at the sides, if you have a good dress maker doing it you wont notice where its been adjusted
im on day 50 tomorrow so iv done 7 weeks so far, to think im getting married in 10 weeks makes me feel like its a year away im so bored of not eatting now the only thing that keeps me going is wedding planning and my mum!! a few months ago my mum took a picture of me without me looking i was on the pc she showed me after and i cried like a baby i didnt realise just how big i had got!!
i had my 4th baby 15 months ago i left the hospital weighing 10 stone. THEN i decided to quit smoking for good, and i gained almost 4 stone!!!
that picture made me so angry and embarrassed i wondered how my partner even fancied me, he weighs 9 stone!!! hes one of those men that can eat and eat and eat and stay thin he looks like a lollypop and i look like a well i cant describe it, my breasts are like dog spaniel ears!! my armpits see them more than my chest does these days! LOL
so iv become obessed with this diet i weigh everyday,im due on my monthlys in 4 days so decided to stay clear of the scales for a couple of weeks cause if i see a gain i will lob the scales out of the window or at the soon to be husband lollypop!!! ;-D im actually 4ft 11in but i like to tell people im 5ft it makes me feel taller lol

I bet the 10 weeks will super quickly though! We've been engaged almost 2 years now and it's gone sooo quickly. I was thinking about quitting smoking but I thought I can only give up one at a time and food won lol.

We're getting married in Scotland! It's a bit mad because we wanted to have a small wedding with just our close family and friends (my family is hugggeee and it would've been insane lol) and we were looking at places abroad but we wanted to go somewhere our families could afford to so we found this venue where you can get married on the side of the loch. It looks really nice though! We're going to make a week of it and get a big holiday home, should be fun! It's this place 5 star hotel & exclusive use wedding venue Scotland, luxury accommodation Scotland

Our theme atm is pale pink, ivory and gold! The dress I'm wearing is a lace dress with tulle at the bottom, it's got a sweetheart neckline but I've got a tattoo on my chest I want to cover up so I'm going to wear a three quarter length sleeve lace top over it. Here's a picture of me in it but you'll have to excuse my cabbage patch doll arms lol... lost about a stone since then! I'm also not having the belt with it!



What about you? I love hearing about other peoples weddings plans, I'm sure I get more excited about other peoples wedding than my own haha. Hope you're weight loss is still going well! Sounds like a good idea not weighing for a while! x

aww i love your dress, and i also love the belt i always think high waist belts make me look slimmer lol,
we have been together 3 years in may, he is from scotland lol, i already had three chidlren when we met and he had 1, we also have a 15 month old son together, my eldest is best man hes 13, our son is paige boy, our daughters are flower girls, and my sister and eldest daughter is bridesmaids,our theme is baby pink,white,sparkles. i am one of those people who go totally over the top lol i am having the big fat gypsy type wedding but not that bad. my dress is sparkly has loads of layers at bottom,tight bodice at the top,my veil is 5ft long,covered in sparkle,i blinged my own shoes,sparkly jewlerry and tiara, we are getting married in a 300 year old church with choir,bells, then going to an old museum with very high ceilings for the venue, it holds upto 1000 people, we are having 250ish guests, we are having a sit down meal, then an evening buffet,and hog roast, a sweet buffet, including a five tier cake with 200 cupcakes, i have personalised everything, we made our own invies,rsvp cards,order of service books, most of our things have our initials of some sort on,even bottom of my dress,veil,bottom of shoes,cake,wall ribbons, ect
i could go on but i will probably bore you lol, i did weigh myself this morning and stayed the same as yesterday so im happy with that as i normally gain 4lbs,

Haha no it's just been my username on things since I was a teen. There use to be a really cool record shop called polarbear that I found in manchester and then could never find it again. That's why the name. I was a fan of LOst too though. A little disappointed with the ending though! Xx
