My sisters CDC said its ok to eat Peanuts if shes hungry???

    No, that's not right at all:( No peanuts on CD I'm afraid. Come to that..no nuts at all.

    Good rule of thumb is that if it isn't in the book, isn't not allowed.

    Wonder why the cdc said its ok. She sits there munching through hundreds of packets a day!

    NO it's not OK ...peanuts are full of oil.

    Also, peanuts are quite high in carbs, so might easily kick you out of ketosis. They are higher than other nuts as apparently they are legumes not nuts, despite their name!
