I have been doing it this week and I have been going off the allowed foods lists..

B: broccoli omelette with bgty bacon medallions, tomatoes,

Snack: nuts, yogurts

L: salad with ham or prawns

D: lamb with boiled veg mixed with toasted pine nut and flaked almonds

Snack: sugar free jelly

Finding it easy to give up potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, it's the Cadbury hot choc powder that's hard.. Ended up putting it in the bin.. I don't drink tea or coffee.. But have now got some choc protein powder which tastes nice :) wizzed in the blender..

Week 2 for me next week...
 
The ricotta thingy was yucky.. Sounded nice but didn't like it at all..
 
Hi :) I e had a terrible Easter but managed to contain the gain. So back to it day 1 :) vegetable omlette for brekkie :) yum yum xx
