Hi i'm doing ww for a week to support my mum i normally do sw and have lost a good amount doing so but there is no sw in her area so i thought i'd better do a diary to start me off

30-3-11

Breakfast-
Apple, banana
and shape zero yoghurt-2pp

Snack/Lunch-
WW biscuits-2pp
wine x2 175ml-8pp

Snack-
x1 slice ww danish bread-1pp

Dinner-
40g dry weight pasta-4pp
Veg 0pp
tuna-3pp
ww danish bread x1-1pp

Twirl-6pp
WW caramel slice-3pp

Dailies=29/29
Weeklies=1/49

well things seem to have gone well today eaten to much unhealthy stuff i.e twirl, caramel slice, wine
and no lunch but would normally have been at work so i have lunch about 3.15 after work and school run.
on a plus side its nice being able to have sweet things rather restricted on sw.

Lunch-ww crackers and 2 ww seasoned biscuits=3pp
x2 laughing cow EL spread on crackers=1pp
apple.
Dinner-60g dry weight rice=6pp
loads of vegetables and stock.
Smoked Salmon 50g=2pp

Snacks-tic tacs 1pp
ww crisps=2pp
creme egg=5pp
ww biscuits=2pp
Tesco luxury biscuit=3pp
Total used Dailies=26/29
Total weeklies left=48 left

still feeling positive mums doing very well but like me missing our carbs anyone no any alternative to have with meals please?

still think i should be using more points on my meals rather than treats but only i can change that.
still waiting for my pack to arrive but this is what i've had today-

An orange with a ww yoghurt=1pp
Lunch-
ww petite pain=3pp
low fat sauce=1pp
tomatoes=0pp
Dinner-
El mince=5pp, with mushrooms, herbs,
veg=0pp, mash=4pp,
Snacks-
x2 Caramel shortcakes=6pp
oatie biscuit from DDs school event=3pp

Dailies-23/29
Weeklies-48/49 Left

Hiya, i think cauliflower mash is a great alternative to potato. And if you add a little bit of light philly cheese into it it's even nicer. I haven't had a potato since christmas :)
 
Hi marysu thank you never thought of using cauliflower il give it a go.

Today has gone well ive had-

Breakfast=ww crackers with 2 laughing cow EL triangle-2

Snack=ww Biscuits-2

Lunch=Bread and jam-3 and banana and 2 clementines

Dinner=spinach,green beans-0
100g Quorn-2, Rice 60g dry weight-6
ww sauce 1/4 jar-1, ww yoghurt-1

Snacks=cadbury bunnies twin pack-6
ww crips-2, ww biscuits-2
I have drunk lots of green tea and lemon and green tea and blackcurrant today very refreshing.
dailies= 27/29
weeklies=45 left

Hi well mothers day has been good had
Breakfast-

didnt have any as went to church and then to pub where i had 1x wine spritz with slimline tonic water=4
Biscuit in church=3
cooked dinner as soon as i got in

Double decker-7
ww caramel shortcake-3

Weeklies=43 left

Hi i am so happy i lost 3.5lbs and was only going to do ww for a week to support my mums first week but now i think i'll give it another week lol!!

ps. just tried the ww sausages is it just me or do they have a funny after taste.
