Hi all (if anyone is reading!!) ?

I've had my 3rd WI today, and lost 3lb - making it 7.5lb in total! Quite pleased with that..

What I love about SW so far is that I've been out at least once a week since starting so haven't had to give up my social life because of a diet.

Having read some other people's threads I thought this might be a good way to keep on track - so that if I do have a bad day I can publicly shame myself to help get back on track!

Am off to a festival this weekend (Friday to Monday) and, although I'm really looking forward to it, I'm dreading it food and drink wise. But have already told anyone that'll listen that I want to get right back on track from Monday lunchtime so nothing naughty after that time!

Anyway, thanks for reading and I'll keep updating with progress and any obstacles I face.

Today has been a good day SW-wise...

B: 2x Ryvita (HEb) with laughing cow light (part of HEa) and cucumber

L: Jacket potato with beans and grated cheese (HEa) and a toffee mullerlight

D: Fat free chilli chicken super noodles

S: 2x Ryvita (HEb) with laughing cow light (remaining HEa)

Syns: Weight Watchers caramel bar (4)
