hi there how are you doing ,no im not confident about weigh in this week as got on wii board this morning and it said id gained ,dont usually rely on it but if it says gain its usually right lol but it could just be water retention, anyway ive got till sunday so we will see.have a great day take care x x
 
wii boards can be tempremental (sp?) - i used to find when i weighed on mine that if i did my body test over, that i could weigh anything upto 2 or 3lbs different from 5 minutes previous :p

plus, you shouldnt weigh before WI as you'll only dishearten yourself! :p xxx

well today finished really badly felt i had to eat everything in sight, i did try to limit the damage by eating melba toast and crispbread things (probably would have been fine if i hadnt eaten most of packet of the crispbread things). i think it will be a gain this week, as ive been starving all wek and really bored, but i will put a line under it and start afresh on monday, and hope to get a couple of good weeks in before we go on our hols.

just going on one of them sun hols to cleethorpes with couple of kids and my mum and step dad, should be a laugh (husband and eldest staying at home)peace and quiet lol.

How on earth can you say you've been naughty - you hardly eat ANYTHING - I would be eating my own arm by now - good for you though as you have had great losses so far - but no fruit or veg - wish I could do it - I have to eat every single point every single day & I'm still hungry lol

yesterday i had a bad day i ate loads of crispbreads that i didnt write down last night and several toffees (well more than several) i usually eat fruit but havent had any in did get some plums today so will prob snack on these today. hope you have a good weekend take care x x
 
It's hard isn't it - I have been STARVING today - have been trying to save LOADS after drinking wine & eating choc yesterday he he - Oops
 
me and mum have our drinks and we take it in turns cooking something nice or getting a takeaway for tea on a Sunday after weigh in so we save our points for that.i found it hard going from 23 to 22 points its only 7 a week but it makes a big difference.

well i was right i knew id gained as ive been hungry all week the good news was its only 0.5 so im pleased and treated myself to a galaxy lol. (and it was delicious) cant spell it but i am pissed lol.

looking at what i wrote last night my spelling is better when im pissed hehehe. well today is a new day so we will see what it brings, i now know why ive been hungry all week ive got the dreaded totm (just what i really need)lol. i intend to rethink my meals,portion sizes and see if i can lose a decent amount before i go on my hols at least then if i gain any it wont be so devastating.
