i lost 2lbs woohoo ive finally moved from 4 weeks of sts.another silver 7 that now makes 5 yay

yes i have eaten heaps more cos my anginas been playing up i had made myself worry ,and with worry comes chocolate and then a kebab lol.hope you have a good day x x

well this week has been c**p ive eaten everything ive seen and more and i havent pointed for them as well. ive decided not to go to weigh in this week for this reason, i got on wii board this morning to find a gain and not a friendly one, so ive decided to enjoy the weekend the put a line under it and start afresh from monday.

well im going to try and have a 100% week got on wii board and its 4lb up not nice but i was the one constantly shoving food in my gob lol. its been a really odd week i was just so hungry and i tried everything to stop thinking about food but nothing worked. i decided to eat what i wanted yesterday with the thought that as of today i would behave hehehe.so heres hoping!.
