Tassimo, Splenda & SS Milk from HEA

Tea
Stirfry mushrooms (S)(SF) & red pepper (S)(SF) topped with 3 x Tesco Meatfree burgers = 3 syns

1 bounty celebration = 2 syns
1 snickers celebration = 2 syns



TOTAL SYNS = 10 / 105 for the week
1 HEA - 300ml SS Milk
1 HEB - 35g WCB

If I could order my own stuff at the work provided meals I'd do that, if not then have a teeny bit to be sociable and bring ur own proper lunch. X

Ok just read on down ur thread & see u can't order ur own! Have teeny bit & bring ur own.

Hopefully the 7lbs shifts before it gets a chance to settle but u need to have a great week do it doesn't settle! So NO wagon falling off, ul only regret it in the morning lol

Ps that bake looks lush!! X

Yes I think I will do that - or will go back to my desk as it will be my first day back and I'll probably have umpteen emails to go through - especially as I an out of office the next day!!

I think I an wee-ing the 7lbs away - me and the lavvie are best mates!!

The bake is yummy yummy yummy!! Takes a bit to prepare , but so easy and so comfort food like!!

I still think of you as my weigh in buddy! And at the rate I am going you could still beat me. I have been between 10.3 and 10.8 since last August! Currently 10.6. I guess at least I know I can maintain but I am trying to bloody lose!!! Lol

Now snow has gone I shall get back on my bike this week. Come on chicly, join me at being stuck in mid tens!!

Snow , thankfully, has been gone for a while & last week was mild. Apparently this week is going to be milder after today !!

I know- I am so glad I have only eaten one - and that was whilst trying to find the wagon , so no real harm done there. I have one in my cupboard - but not gonna eat it. Managed to buy some old Onken Vanilla yogurts - cant believe they changed these - all a bit pants!!!

Cold Toast x2 = 1 HEB with 2 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light = 2 syns (eating on the tube!!

Coffee, sweetener and a dash of milk = part of HEA x 3

1 cookie = ??? Syns

Lunch
Gnocchi = ? Syns, tomato and other veg = ? Syns - some oil apparent and mini bruschetta thingymajigs

Water

Coffee, Splenda & dash of milk = part of HEA

Tea
Carbonara = 1 HEA, 1 HEB. Topped with 10g parmesan = part of HEA as not had much milk.
2 glasses squash

2 celebration choccies - 4 syns

Syns not known - but guessing it can't be too bad??
