Hi Gail
It depends on the size of your dish. Lay them in your dish and add an extra 1 per layer . I spray my dish with frylight first then lay the pre-soaked lasagne first then repeat ending with lasagne. I top with cheese sauce. So I use about 12 sheets. I will post my recipe.

I bought it in error. Tastes like a soft brown rice- but boy has it interfered with my digestive system- aarrgghhh

lol i'm sorry K but that made me laugh! Aww poor you - And thanks i'll remember to stay away from wholemeal rice ;) Oh maybe the indian will help sort out your 'digestive system' :p

I have a few choccie recipes - but more recently have resorted to Thorntons Moments.Today I have bought some Thorntons Caramel Melt thingies - they look yummy . I perused the whole choccie aisle looking at calories on the side and using the 1 SYN per 20 cals rule.
