WI - lost a pound - yay!!!! It's definitely going in the right direction. But I do think my portion sizes need reducing a tad as I am eating cos its yummy!!

2 slices toast (Warburtons wholemeal 400g loaf) , 1 Tblsp I can't believe it's not butter light = 2.5 syns)

Lunch
Pasta n Sauce (leek & ham) syns = 1 syn & some HEXA milk


Tea
Jacket Potato, Tuna (HEXB) & 2 tblsp light Mayo ( ( 1 syns) with HEXA cheese
1 pint squash

SYNS = 14.5
2 HEA - 300ml milk & 40g half fat cheddar
2 HEB - 2 slices bread & 115g Tuna
Portion control - had 2 medium sized potatoes - ate 1.5

Well done!! What a lovely loss - well deserved too. You and me both on portion sizes hun, I think that's the main thing holding me back now. It's a tough one to crack too as it's all in the mind and breaking long term habits.

Beeg - let's do portion control together Hun. I know that when I get back on the wagon I have to start without portion control , and then slowly introduce it as I do start to become full and then eat the remainder of my food as it is soooo Deelish lol!!

I think that's what both Kieragh & Ali are doing in their new diets - WW & calorie counting. Correct me if I'm wrong Laydeez - but it's def working for them

What phone have you got? I can tell u how I do it from my iPhone

In the top blue bar there's a + sign. Click on that and it will let you add from camera or from a photo . Click the camera roll after and click the pic you want. You can add a few. Then come back to your post and click send
