Yes honey - it's my meatloaf recipe.

Sometimes, I also replace it with tuna also - it's ever so versatile!
I also on occasions add breadcrumbs (synned) or matzo meal to bind - as they are both great binders - but do increase the SYN value - all depends how I feel.

Are you a vegetarian?

Excellent will give it a try! Yes I'm veggie but my hubbie and lo aren't so like to try things like this so I can do one big quorn version or a meat one for them and veggie version for me so we're all having practically the same! Have you frozen it before?

I have frozen the meat one , but not the veggie one. I tend to use frozen quorn mince also - 1 bag

Well that didnt work, so I guess doing the choc SYN thing is the best way forward .
Diet starts today.
On hols this week so only half a weeks menu planned - I will do a midweek shop and post the remaining week later!!

Well my week off was not as great as I hoped - OH was off sick mon & tues . Then my daughter ran a temp tues & wed. Thursday she was ok. So only really enjoyed my Mon & Fri. Fri didn't entirely go to plan last week - so here's to a 100% week. Forecast warm - so here goes
