My WW diary..6.5 pounds off!!

Hi Chitty, We must have posted at the same time.
Don't read the above post if you're doing Cambridge for god's sake.
It contains food porn!;)

lol, yes but I like reading your post when I get chance...

That is the beauty of WW, you can have time like that without it spoling your mojo,,,, just carry on WWing as normal and it should have much effect...

Your doing really well and you'll be so fit afterwards...

Good Day vibes :vibes: for tomorrow.
xxxx

Hi Paula,
Yeah I'm doing fine.
I feel really determined to succeed with my weight loss and when I feel good about that everything else seems to fall into place too.
Not much planned for today, little one at my sisters and others in bed still.
Made myself a list of housework that really needs doing...later!!
May go to the gym if hubby comes home early otherwise will go tomorrow morning.
Just had egg muffin for breakfast..not the mcdonalds kind of course...planning on houmous on wholemeal bread for lunch and spaghetti and meatballs(sainsburys advert!!) for dinner.
That's about it

Glad youre having a good week :)

Hi everyone,
Well today has been quite relaxing as all kids were out and about or in and behaving themselves.
Got quite a few jobs done and also spent some time watching trash tv and playing nintendo ds!!
Struggled quite a bit with the urge to eat...well binge really.
Nearly lost the plot while cooking dinner but managed to hang on in there and ended the day dead on my 29 points.
Played wii with my yougest for a while after dinner to keep from post dinner nibbles and have been longing about with hubby and kids since.
Probably go to bed before eleven as saturdays are usually busy in this house and son has got himself a paper round bless him so will need heaving out of bed at 7 so he can get it done before football training!!
Speak to you all soon

Morning everyone,
Well George(son) got up in time to do his first paper round. He said it only took him 15 minutes but tomorrows is a bit different. I'm pleased that he has the iniatiative to go and find himself a little job with no prompting:D
Had my usual egg muffin for brekkie. Gonna go to the gym when George goes to football and the girls will stay here watching telly.
Then dancing for little one this afternoon.
Not very exciting really.
Hope everyone has a great weekend

Sounds like youve a busy weekend running around after the kids hehe ,.. oh the joys! My eldest works at a rescue centre at the weekends and earns her a bit of pocket money! but think she does it cos she gets to work with horses! lol .... dont think id have any hope of getting her out of bed for 7am! school days are bad enough LOL ...

Well done on not binging! late afternoon and evenings are my worst time! so now im not working 7evenings a week its gonna be a struggle for me i think ! Have a great weekend xx

Wow you're a busy bee! Well done on sticking to your points!

Hi everyone,
Hope you've all had a good weekend.
Well mine has been busy but enjoyable and best of all within points!
Both my girls had friends over to sleep last night so awoke to a housefull of kids!
Did a bit of tidying then my Dad popped in on the way back from his grocery shopping so had a couple of cuppas with him.
Popped to shop with hubby when he got up from sleeping after his night shift then home to peel mountains of veg for dinner for 13 people!
My sister, partner and their 5 kids came plus us lot and Hubby's son form a previous marriage(he's 19 and a good lad) so fed that lot then sat around for a bit chatting.
Stepson's girlfriend popped in then when everyone left I got little one in bed early...well 9 o clock...ready for school tomorrow.
Sorted never ending piles of laundry then sat down to watch Gavin and Stacey...I love that programme.
George just finished his homework..he's only been off school for 16 days after all:rolleyes:
Just sent those 2 up to bed and will be following myself shortly although I always find it hard to sleep the night before going back to work.
I'm sad school holidays are over although I will be glad to get back into a routine.
Still only have one car at the minute so having to think in advance as to who needs to be where when and work out the logistics!!
For once, this school holiday hasn't made me go off track with my diet so I'm really pleased about that. Really would like to shift 2 pounds this week to reach 2 stone loss but I will have to wait and see.
If you've read through that lot without falling asleep congratulations!!
Night

Well its a lovely sunny day here today.
That would be great if I hadn't been at work all day followed by the gym!:D
On track with diet still so feeling good.
Left over beef from yesterdays roast with sald and cous cous for dinner later after I've done the housework.
Nothing more to add:eek:

dinner sounds lovely. Hope the 1st day back was OK for you, you sound manically busy everytime I read your diary lol.

Quite a good day today.
Nice day at work, quite quiet cos loads of kids off with chicken pox!!
Little one went straight to a friends from school then is going to her party so don't have to pick her up till 8.
Played with the idea of going to the gym but my feet ache from being on them all day and I've got a bit of a dodgy ankle at the mo!
Went with hubby to put my car in for some work to be done on it and popped into shop on the way back.
Love going at this time...bargains to be had!! Got a lovely sushi and salad pack for tomorrow's lunch and a nice lump of salt beef and reduced prices.
Just made chicken stir fry for dinner followed by meringue nest, low fat chocolate mousse and raspberries. It was lush!
Gonna quickly hoover and pack some washing away then chill for a bit.
Aiming for an early night tonight cos hubby is working 9pm till 2am and I can never sleep waiting for him to get in if I go to bed at my usual time of between 11 and midnight!
Hoping if I go earlier I will have a chance to drop off then not hear him when he comes in:p
Hope you're all enjoying the better weather
