went shopping so had a pack of crumbed ham lol (free)
grapes(free)
25g pack of walkers sunbites (6 syns)

dinner
roast lean beef (free)
swede and carrot (free) not using butter using laughing cow light (5 triangles 1HEXA)
curly kale cabbage(free)
2 yorkshire pudding with dried sage and chopped onion in it) (6syns)
2 tsp bisto gravy granules (2 syns)
198g new potatoes (HEXB)
57g old potatoes roasted in frylight (1.5 syns)
Peas, petits pois, canned/frozen, 28g (1 syn)

slightly gone over syns but don't normally have a full roast so my treat lol

quiche with 4 eggs,500g very low fat natural cottage cheese, smoked bacon, ham, onion and mushrooms with garlic and herbs
jacket potato with quark and babybel light

350ml skimmed milk for tea

and probably have a skinny cow ice cream after which is 5 syns
