BREAKFAST
Scrambled eggs with boiled bacon and 10g parmesan (part Hea)
2 cups coffee.

LUNCH
Scan bran Heb. 2 bananas, 0% Greek yogurt. Canderel 1.1/2 checking syns.

DINNER. Plan

Boiled back
SW chips
2 eggs
Tomatoes roasted.
Maybe some baked beans.
Satsumas

The diabetic nurse I in increased my diabetic pills. For two days running I have had a hypo by lunchtime.
Gonna stop the extra one.
Either that or have carbs with my breakfast.

LUNCH
Ravioli. 2 syns?
Grapes
Scan bran, bananas ham
Coffee

DINNER
Chicken thighs. ...... Did not have as too tired

Tilda lemon rice
Lots little toms
Frozen berries and cottage cheese

Hea 300ml 1% milk

Well not expecting anything at all in weigh this morning (1 day early) and I lost 1lb. I am so pleased with that.

Just another stone to get back where I was.

It must be minis !!
 
Thursday 18th April.

BREAKFAST
Coffee.
2 bacon, 1 egg , tomato.

LUNCH
Scan bran cake
5 scan bran, egg, yogurt 1 syn

DINNER
Chicken thighs Tilda lemon and herb rice. 2 syns
Lots baby toms

Later baked beans and 20g parmesan Part Hea

300ml 1% milk

Friday 19th April

BREAKFAST
Bacon, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes.

LUNCH
Scan bran cake HEB. 1egg. 1mullerlight yogurt 1 syn

DINNER
5% mince. Onion, carrot, greens boiled spud around 300g. Oxo cube, Tom puree, Worcester sauce.
Gravy grans 4 syns

May go and get some fruit later, I didn't , just had a yogurt for 1syn

So far 6 syns.

300ml 1% milk.

I did have a good time and ate loads. Sunday went to my son's house to look after the dog until Monday and ate loads.

When I weighed myself this morning I was two pounds heavier than Friday morning. Have to see what I can do before Friday.

Today Tuesday 23rd April

Breakfast. 2 bacon 3 eggs scrambled. Coffee
Lunch. Scan bran Heb. With corned beef 3.1/2 syns.salad cream 1 syn.
Dinner. 5% mince, 300 g spud boiled. Swede, carrot, onion. Oxo, Tom puree may have some greens too

Mullerlite yogurt 1syn.
Milk Yes.

5.1/2syns for the day.. not too bad
 
I was going to say well done on the 1 lb off then saw you had a good weekend.:)

I was away for last week and over ate on Gluten free hot cross buns, Victoria Sponges and a lemon drizzle cakes.

Back on it tomorrow. Whatever it will be.:)

Breakfast..3 pears and coffee Hea

Lunch. Scan bran Heb. Corned beef 3.1/2 syns. Low salad cream 1.1/2 syns. 1/2 tin baked beans . Muller yogurt. 1 syn

Dinner. 2 lean pork chops, tomatoes and onion, pasta. Muller 1.1/2 syns.

7.1/2 syns. Forgot options 2syns. So 9.1/2 syns

One more day to go.

Hi all. I got weighed today and lost 1.1/2lbs. To say I am pleased is an understatement. 😂

I had a bad weekend, very bad weekend. My scales Tuesday had me over the Friday before. Not now!

The other reason I am so pleased is because I have lost 2 weeks running.

However I was 15st 2.1/2 lbs Dec 28th. Gosh. Now 1/2lb less.

I MUST KEEP STICKING TO PLAN.

I THINK I NEED A MANTRA.
