Friday 26th April. Weigh in day. Lost 1.1/2 lbs. Yay!!!

Milk for coffee. HEA

Breakfast.
Coffee

Lunch.
Scan bran HEB plus banana X 2

Dinner
2 slimming world burgers,. BNS chips. Baby beetroot. Went so well together.
Couple of pears and satsumas

2 more bananas.

No syns up to 9.15pm. 🎉. Tin of cold beans

Hi all. I got weighed today and lost 1.1/2lbs. To say I am pleased is an understatement. 😂

I had a bad weekend, very bad weekend. My scales Tuesday had me over the Friday before. Not now!

The other reason I am so pleased is because I have lost 2 weeks running.

However I was 15st 2.1/2 lbs Dec 28th. Gosh. Now 1/2lb less.

I MUST KEEP STICKING TO PLAN.

I THINK I NEED A MANTRA.

I've had a couple of good days. It's the weekend and I am going footie tomorrow so hoping I don't go off track by having a burger in a bap or chips.:)

I weigh once a month at Boots. I jump on home scales occasionally but try not to.
:)
I usually jump on the scales in my nighty at least 3 times in the week.
They say we shouldn't but I like to keep an eye. Doesn't make any difference really to me.
I always weigh Friday before going to class though.
 
Saturday 27th April.

Breakfast
Coffee

Early Lunch
Egg roll. (Don't usually have bread. THIS ROLL WAS 12.1/2 SYNS.) Shouldn't have bragged no syns yesterday.
15ml low salad cream 1 syn.

Late lunch. Scan bran Heb. Banana X 2 mullerlight 1.1/2 syns


Dinner
Skinned chicken thighs
BNS chips (they were so nice yesterday)
Roasted swede., Roasted carrots. Beetroot.

During the day 2 pears Options in 0% Greek yogurt. 4syns

Ended up 18syns. , Not pleased but that is for two days

Sunday 28 April.

Breakfast .... Coffee hea

Lunch....Scan bran Heb. 30g low cheese. Hea

Dinner. Went to visit neice, was having a stressful day.
Roast lamb, roast spud (frylight) cabbage, cauli. Broc. 1 Yorkshire pud. Stuffing, gravy.
So lovely. Haven't had lamb since NZ 2 years ago.

Neice says 6 syns. I reckon a little more.
Stuffing was pack and sausage meat. Not much though. I am gonna say 10 to be on the safe side.

Monday 29th April

Breakfast.
Bacon, tomatoes, Scan bran Heb.
Coffee Hea

Lunch. Grapes,. Coffees while in cafe. All counted.

Dinner
Little minced beef and onion, curried, served with pasta. 1.1/2 for curry paste.
Chips i.e BNS, swede and potato.

Later satsumas.

Oh goodness, I have just spotted half a jar of sauce that I did not count on Saturday I think.

Tuesday 30April

Brunch
SW chips, eggs, tomatoes. Coffee HEA

Early dinner.
2 pork chops. BNS, swede and carrot chips.

By 4.30 picking up coach to go and see Fools And Horses. Hence funny meal pattern.

Ice cream in Theatre. Not low but will check syns when I get home with the container, empty of course 12.1/2syns

Evening. . HEB scan bran couple boiled eggs. Salad cream 2syns

Scales this morning 15st 1.3/4 lbs. No clothes. Not a loss of course. Clothes prob 2lbs

TOTAL SYNS 14.1/2

Scan bran HEB boiled bacon, salad cream 1. 1/2syns. Baby beetroots.
Diet mango drink

Dinner
Boiled bacon, chips ie. BNS , swede, carrots and 1potato with skin.
Baby beets, pickled onions.

Let's see how the rest of the day goes.
 
Thursday 2nd May.

Funny day today.
Breakfast and lunch were just coffee.

Dinner
2pork chops
SW chips, BNS chips carrot chips and swede chips.
 
Friday 3rd May.
Scales look promising this morning. They were right, lost 4lbs. WOW!

BREAKFAST

Scan bran HEB and couple of bananas and coffee HEA

LUNCH
A small piece of bread pudding. A friend fetched it to the cafe. SYNS ???


DINNER

Skinned chicken thighs
BNS, swede, parsnip and potato chips.
Frozen berries and cottage cheese,..........believe me it is lovely
