Nasher's Food Diary- I will get to 13st in 2013!!

Hey everyone,

Im new here and thought I'd do a daily food diary to keep myself in check!
Im currently 17st 5lbs and determined to get down to 13st this year 2013 (starting tomorrow!)

So Happy New Year to us all! Let's have a great year for weight loss :)
The Asda man is about to arrive- I've put in a very healthy order this time! Off to unpack and I'll start tracking tomorrow..

So here is my food diary for today, I am on a daily 39 points, plus my 49 weeklies!

So I went to my WW meeting tonight, and was pleasantly suprised that I only gained 3lbs over the last two weeks (having not tracked anything and been a little naughty).

Here's my food diary for today

Hour and a half in gym = 4 propoints (don’t need to use them)
Breakfast (3 points)

Blueberries and Blackberries (-)
150g soya yog (3)
Snack (1 point)

One ww cookie (1)
Sliced apple (-)

Stir Fry (-)

Two slices ww bread (4)
30g choc phili (2)
Blue Dragon Sauce (4)
Snack (5 points)
Nakd bar (3)
50g dried apricots (2)
Green tea (-)
Dinner (2 points)
Swede mash (-) two ww sausages (2) Cabbage steamed (-)

If you haven't tried Nakd bars they are yummy and only 3 points each (the choc orange ones are lovely) and you can find them in asda, and most supermarkets!

I used up the rest of my weeklies from 4 vodkas last night and a chicken sandwich when I got home, which means I have to keep to my 39 a day until my WI on Wednesday night! Wish me luck :)

great day! especially making the weight watchers lunch for your friends. My friend is coming over today and she quite often brings cream cakes! I think she'll ring first though :0/ x
 
Oh no! Not cream cakes! I suppose you can use some of your weeklies or prepare something yourself.
