Well Done Emma! Thats amazing! If you have any good lunch/dinner ideas id love some, im always having the same old chicken and pasta with salad!

I think lunch is always a difficult one. I sometimes make an omelette with onion, mushroom and red pepper and have a salad with it.
Have you ever tried making a pizza with a square wrap?
Warburtons square wrap, top with tomato purée and onion, pepper, mushroom, ham etc and then 30g grated cheese as stick in the oven for 8-10 mins.

Hey! Sorry for the lack of posting this weekend! I am in the middle of a hectic dissertation due in in a few weeks time so I've been in the library studying!
I've been snacking and eating loads of apples, but havent had any proper meals so looking forwards to cooking properly tonight. I've managed to keep in my points so far though.

Was it an indulgent weekend for you Emma? :)
 
We want out for a Chinese on Saturday night :0/ wine etc. I'm trying to drag it back before Wednesday weight in! Made a big saucepan of zero soup today so I'll be filling up on that! :0)
 
Sounds yummy, and the soup is a great idea, i need to do that tomorrow!
