So gym done - feel great after it - now time
for some dinner and relaxing - booked myself into an aerobics and spin class tomorrow - need to get under 13st - hopefully by the end of the month!! That is my motivation! x

On a brighter note, I lost 2lbs this week and got my 2 1/2 st award.

I want to lose 9lbs by my birthday - 4 weigh ins! Muchos gym sessions and sticking to the plan 100%.

There was a lot of talk in class today about whether it is required to eat all syns in order to be classed as sticking to the plan 100%, I get better loses when I have all my syns and will have between 10-15 per day. Will make it quite easy as can have myself a little treat. I'd love to lose 3lbs this week as it will take me into a new stone category. Will have a couple of fish days too. x x

Gym:

30mins aerobics
Zumba was cancelled so did 20 mins on cross trainer and 20 mins on bike - 300 kcals burned, plus 200 from aerobics

Total: 500 kcals!!

Then did C25k with oh, he was fine but I struggled with it. Got to run 5 and got a stitch, persevered though. Will count today as practice and do the same tomorrow, along with the usual gym and aerobics. For me, the exercising actually isn't about the weight loss (I actually think it slows me down weight loss wise) its about increasing my general fitness and stamina.

Dinner is in the oven, yum chicken curry - having an ee day today. Think this is all free
