Natalie's once and for all diary!

Right - made some soup - well it's cooking away at the moment.

Ingredients:

1 x chicken stock cube
1 x can cannellinni beans - ss
1 x can mixed salad - s
1 x can green lentils - s
cup of red split lentils - s
1/2 cup of barley
3 x sticks of celery - s
2 x leeks - s
1 x swede - s
8 x carrots - s
1 x cup dried beans - s

it's a huge pot full - hopefully will do me Friday, Sat, Sun.

Will make a superfree pasta for Monday/Tuesday then weigh in on weds!!!

Yikes really want a good one this week!! x x

corn on the cob - (yummy with a scrape of butter and LOADS of pepper)

chicken and mush pasta and sauce

Pear - s
strawberries - ss

Have been absolutely ruthless today and have cleared my wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers - I have been buying lots of new clothes recently and storage was becoming a bit of an issue. Plus there's loads of things that I dont fit into anymore. 5 black bags full of my previous life.

I am now the proud owner of about a 1/5 of what I used to, but I CAN say that there is now nothing in my wardrobe that a) I wouldnt be seen dead in and b) I am hoping to fit into one day.

Live for the moment, the charities will benefit from the clothes a lot more than I do. They were just 'gathering dust' in my possession.

Having a cuppa now after that - will drop them off at the charity bank later this evening or tomorrow (whenever I go shopping)
