natural yoghurt

Hi

I do SW at home but I'm really out the loop with some free foods...I have searched in answer to my query but to no avail. So...can someone tell me what brands of natural yoghurt are definitely free please?

I think 0% Greek yoghurt is?? but darent buy it til I'm sure.

- If it's plain and fat free it's free.

- If it's flavoured it may have varying syns in depending on brand.
- If it's only low fat rather than fat free it will have some syns although not many, again it depends on brand.
