    So i have finally found my cdc thanks to this site and have got my first meeting with her on th 30th april so only 20 days left can't wait. Gonna start cutting down the carbs down now as thisis pretty much what i survive on at the moment and don't want to much of a withdraw,( Sounds a bit dodgy doesn't it).
    Any way once i am started will be postng up pictures and measurements petty much anything that will keep me motivated. Do you think i should take pictures weekly or monthly can't decide wch one will be more motivating.

    Gonna stop the babble now and go chuck all my hovis out.

    Hiya Hun, I took photos for every stone lost, and also measured then too, it always kept me going that way, like a treat for every stone!!

    Well done on cutting down on the carbs, it will make it easier for you x

    Good luck, keep coming on though and tell us how you are doing with your withdrawal. Why not throw your hovis out for the birds instead of in the bin.

    I'm having my picture taken every 4 weeks. Good idea to cut down on the carbs before starting .... as Sonya says, I'd give the bread to the birds too.
