I take my full morning shake, but when it comes to the night time I seem to become hungry before and after my evening shake, So I was wondering could I pour half of the shake mix in, mix it with water drink that about 7pm... Then say about 9, finish the rest of the shake powder mix?

Basically taking half one time and half another? Spread them out so I feel less hungry?

Yes, quite a few people on here do that, especially with the soup which is quite thick. Just as long as you get both shakes down you in the course of the day, I don't believe there's any harm in splitting them. NEVER miss a shake or part of a shake.

I have been doing this with the soup, but i went onto Lipotrim website and watched the video and it says to refrain from doing this, messes something up, so unsure now, i try to do it in 1, just stagger the shakes, late b/fast, late lunch then late tea so i dont get hungry. Try the fiboclear in a glass of water if you feel hungry, it really helps. good luck!! xx
