Need help about holiday

This is day 5 am in still struggling, im drinking plenty but still get really shaky and am starving nearly all of the time. People keep telling me this will pass but i really cant see it happening to me.

Anyway im on hols for a week from Saturday and cant see me sticking to SS while there so can i swap and stick to my 3 shakes/soups in the day and have a 200 cal meal on the night, please let me know what you think, thank you

Mandy - if you're having what I call 'ketosis kick-in collywobbles', then I wouldn't recommend making it any harder to get on track than it already has been.

I promise you on my life, it will will will get easier. If you need to eat on holiday, keep to simple SS+ meals, and don't waver off that otherwise you will have to go through these wobbly yucky days all over again. Pefectly doable - will you have your first weigh in before you go away? A good Week 1 weigh in should be all you need to keep you motivated.

Really you should talk to your Counsellor about this as it's unusual for them to advise you to start the week before a holiday as you need a bit longer than a week to get your mind round this...please ask for support and help.

And if you're going to get through this you need to look at sentences like 'I can't see it happening to me'. You need to BELIEVE! - I'll let you off cos it's your first week - cos until I did my 7 days I didn't believe in it completely - but I certainly never said that it loud!
