Need some help

Hi ladies

Am doing ok diet wise, still sticking to around 1200 cals a day and all food within rules but seem to have hit a plateau. Exercise has dropped to only one class a week as lady has stopped zumba class until after Xmas. Also lots of Christmas stuff going on with kids and work very busy so not much spare time.

I've lost 3 1/2 so far and am desperate to get to 4 stone loss by Christmas but weight just not moving over the last 8 days. Any ideas?

Try upping your cals?! Give your body a shake up - if you eat the same cals all the time your body becomes accustomed to them give it something new :) xx
 
Thanks ladies, off out tonight so I will probably have more than the 1200. Going to try cutting down on carbs and get the cals from protein. Also will try different exercises after Christmas and give everything a good shake up!

Feeling better now. Don't usually drink very much, but we were having a good time and got a little carried away!
