hello hello! I am not a SW newbie but I will join your group if thats ok? I started doing SW in June - had a break to calorie count for a couple of weeks but it was awful. i ended upo with a 2lb gain so have come back to SW.

I am just back after a weeks holiday and put some lbs back on - i found it really hard to get back into the swing of SW after a break away from it.....still struggling tbh as I am broke and have no food in the house lol.

pay no attention to my stats as i havent updated since i got back. bascially i got to within 1lb of traget before I went and prob put on about 4lbs. so now i have to get moving again...going to try and get some bits of shopping to last until payday tonight (after dinner out with work people - eeeeek!)

trying to plan my meals for the next week or two and be strict about what i have in the house - seems that my bf has sneaked in some junk and atm i am not resisting very well at all. before my hol my will power was unflappable!
 
I'm a staff nurse, I take my snacks in with me but there's always goodies there when I go in lol I managed to avoid them last night so fingers crossed I can be as good tonight x

Im in orthopaedics just now, used to be in surgical receiving x my students are gone thank god lol

I'm back on it 100% today. I managed to get to a shop last night to pick up a few bits of fruit and some things for lunch and dinner today - proper food shop will be at the weekend. But today is looking good at the moment...

B: Weetabix x2 and milk [hexa and hexb]
L: Ham, cheese and pickle sarnie on WM bread [hexa and hexb, 2 syns for a bit of marg on one of the slices], peach, cherry toms
D: Prawn stir fry
Ex: Boxing bootcamp for an hour [approx 600 calories]
 
Wow....so organised. I just blag it lol.

Ill be happy with 2lb but chuffed with 3 cos that will take me into to the 13 stones...
