need your advice and opinion

Hi, im Zane - new one on here.
Im 5.4 tall and my weight is 72kilos at the moment(few month ago i was around 80 kilos). I want to drop till 60 kilos.
What i'm doing now - i changed my diet. in morning have few fruit and soya protein milkshake. have normal meal at lunch time (peace of chicken or fish with vegetables, juice or tea). and on evening again - letice or apple with soya protein shake. chosed soya protein shake instead of SlimFast coz in slimfast is too much sugar. then i do some work out in gym. every day do sit-ups and leg lifting. but every 3d day do full training. started a bit joging. how it sounds for you - ppl who have lost already a bit weight? Plz give advices on all this!

I noticed no one replied to you. I don`t know what 72 kilos is, are you American? Your diet sounds really good. I feel sure you will continue to lose weight like this, just keep it up.
