so i lost 3lbs at weigh in on monday which i was delighted about, but now i just can't seem to stick to it - this usually happens after i've had a good loss.

feeling really crappy and generally just needing some support guys. all seems pointless and slow and **** :(

I would not call a 3lb loss slow going or pointless...

Self-sabotage is a common thing that can happen at any time on a weight loss journey and it can appear out of the blue from nowhere.

You have done good coming on here and admitting it as most people myself included:eek: just like to crawl away and hide when this happens...

Between now and next weigh in try to fill up on free foods and not let yourself get overly hungry as that can unleash the hunger monster and cravings for naughty yummies. Drinking water and keeping yourself hydrated also helps as often we can mistake thirst for hunger.

This is exactly what I do! Whenever I have a good loss, or a new shiny, I want to reward myself by eating everything in sight!

Don't have any advice to offer I'm afraid, but just wanted to let you know you're not alone!

You're definately not alone with this, so many times people say the same thing.

I can't offer any advice except try & make/have in some SW friendly food similar to what you would normally eat. Or keep some low syn treats in & have them within your syn allowance. If it helps use your syns on a weekly basis then if you eat loads of syns one day you've not messed it up for the whole week.

Remember why you are doing this. Read some of the sucess stories on here, you can do this.;)

the girls are right hun, it's good your on here rather than binging, nealry everyone does the same hun, I USED to treat myself on WI day if i had a good result, but after time that crept to the day after then the next day and eventually i was only sticking to it for about 4 days, didn't loose and ate more ! best to tap away on here and try to shift the blues than eat yourself out of it, cos that never works xx

well done on ur 3lb weight loss :) can only agree with what advice happyholidays has said, try not to go off plan cause ur only feel worse for it not better and then u won't want to weigh next week in case u've put some of it back on its a vicious circle x
Oh Hun, sorry to hear you're having a hard time!!

Well done on your loss, can you remember how it felt to see those numbers on the scale?! Could you use visualisation of that happiness everytime you're about to slip?!

Wish I could bottle that feeling to use as motivation!!

Chin up chick, and take all te advice above and do a bit of damage limitation!
