negligable syns?

I am making a cottage pie and used 2 tea spoons of mustard. Which is 18 calories, the pie will serve 5. Should i call it 0.5 syns per portion or 0 ?? Thanks xx

If you are only going to be eating one fifth of the pie then I would call the syns negligible and make it syn free

Think it will actualy serve 4 adults, so will be 0.25 syns a portion. Still negligable i think Thanks xx
