I rejoined SW on Monday and want to have a fantastic week!

I have a meal planned for my friends hens night at an Indian restaurant called EastzEast
On Sunday I'm going to nandos to catch up with some friends.

I want to do the least damage!

Could anyone help me look through the menu and suggest any SW friendly choices for me..
