aw ruth I haven't had that problem i'm more like justine I go once a day if i'm lucky but I assume that's because im not eating even a quarter as much as I used to.

Im not bunged up as such just don't need to go as often.

God, I am going once a week if I'm lucky, thats with having the fibre and drinking 3 litres of water, but I was never that regular to start off with.
