Right I want to lose 20+lbs-ideally 28lbs (2stone). Aiming for at LEAST 5lbs on Monday (my first week on CS)

Why Sam what's wrong with what you had? Looks like it's all good low carb stuff, except maybe carrotts. About driving yourself mad my hubby is looking VERY bored every time I mention 'low carb' or celeb slim, lol His eyes just glaze over!
Theresa I think burger is fine as long as it's not got loads of 'fillers' in it, did you check the label? I had ones from my local butcher that were 100% beef & I LOVED them with salad & a little mayo, in fact I think I'l get some next time I'm up there.

i just refuse to touch carbs now basically. got it into my head that why i'm fat and so far it seems to be working. mind you the cheesy garlic bread was tempting

lol, the snacking was a probles for us all i think!!! i've complied a list of snack its up on stickies. i've just had fridge raiders

thats the ketosis kicking in hunni. i've just been naughty had chicken raiders and cheese for a snack, but seeing as i'm just outta the gym i don't feel too bad......... weigh in day tomorrow

Hi all,

Hope you have room for one more in your 8 week challenge. I was going to go back on the Cambridge diet but I just couldn't face the starvation!

Instead I stocked up on CS and am now on Day 3.
Fingers crossed for a successful result.:)

Okay, we've signed up for this but I was wondering about everyone's targets/aims (I'm nosey, ;)in a good way, lol!), so here's mine;-

SHORT TERM To wear a GORGEOUS Norton Commando bike t shirt (my dream bike) it's a small large, lol size 16?

LONG TERM size 12-14 & thigh length boots (umm I'm an old rocker at heart,;) lol!)
