Hi I'm twinklebabe and I can't find my other thread so decided to post back in here and hopefully keep a diary.
I'm going to be doing the calorie counting diary and also excercising a few times a week using the wii fit and also a pedometer plus some other exercises as well.
I think I lack some motivation so need some help ladies
