new and nervous and low

hi im jarael, 29 from bath. i have been about 6 stones overweight for about 9 years now, been tryin allsorts of diets and pills to try to get it off.

suffered a lot of illness which the doctor was not really helping with so had an allergy test which found me to be lactose intolerant and allergic to dairy, almonds, pineapple and coke.

since avoiding these foods since may 2008, i have lost a little over a stone without dieting or any exercise.

problem being is i have such a big appetite and also bit=s of dairy keep sneaking into my diet, making me look 8 months pregnant for days after eating.

this is my last shot on this weight loss malarky, im so fed up of beign fat,

im not looking to do a weightloss diary or any specific diet as i can get quite cumpulsive over calories and also prone to binge eating, so just planning on eating generally healthy and more exercise.

im 5ft 3 tall and weigh 14 stones 9 today, which is around 208 pounds.

im not sure how all works here but i would like to post every tuesday with my weigh in.

hopefully this will push me into making sure i do not gain weight if im gonna be publicly showing the world my gains and losses lol.:cool:

thank u, yes i do feel quite positive, but im also under the impression i can eat what i like and still lose lol.
my problem not eating crisps or chocs or cakes, but i do have a sweet tooth. and i struggle with portion sizes and having second helpings, i always seem to cook too much lol.

id love to start a blog on here how many months do i have to be a member before i can start in the diary thread?

i do like it here, feel quite welcome, thanks x
