So here i am for the 3rd and final time!! This time is the time i will slim down to a sexy size 12:)!!

Joined my local class last night, and started slimming world today so here i go!!

Need to do a food shop this evening so today has been a 'make do'!!

Breakfast - Fresh Pineapple chunks & Fat Free Shape Yogurt

Snack - Banana

Lunch - 2 x nimble & Baked Beans, Mixed melon & grapes

Dinner - Chicken Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, toms, peppers, onions) Boiled egg. Maybe Strawberries:p

2 x sweets

Snack - Banana & Hi Fi Bar (HEB)

Lunch - Pasta, Passatta, Chickpeas. Grapes & Strawberries

Dinner - Gammon, Fry Light Egg, Mushrooms, Onions, Baked Beans. Strawberries

Syns - 0/15
 
So we had a slight Laptop situation last week so i have not been able to update:(

But i am happy to announce that last tuesday i lost 8lb!!! whoop whoop.

That has really motivated me to keep going. Feeling extremly bloated todat though so hoping this wont show on the scales tomorrow night!

Snack - 2 x alpen light bars (HEB)

Lunch - Pasta, Passatta, Chickpeas, Red peppers. 2 x Oranges

Dinner - Mixed steam veg, quorn, Passatta, Onions, Peppers.
