I was considering diet pills to but I've tried loads in the past and none of them work so I don't think there is an answer! I have taken my measurements but haven't remeasured for a while I must do this! It is very frustrating isn't it

Oh ive tried diet pills more times than i can remember and none worked. Capsiplex wont do miracles either - it just gives me bigger losses cos it burns off an extra 200 cals a day i think. Supposed to be great if you take it 30mins before you work out. But like every other diet and pill its not for everyone.

I know how frustrating it is. I'm so depressed this week after not having a loss, but theres no magic fix! Try remeasure anyway and see what difference it is since you last took the measurements. I might attempt to take mine but im scared ill do it wrong!!

I tink ur better off just doing a good diet/exercise to be honest. Pills can b addictive n u can put all weight bk on unless u stay on them forever x

i also put weight on or stay the same if i undereat.
 
Gosh I never knew that. Why has my leader never pointed that out to me. I've cut my point right back thinking I would lose weight. Was on 36 but cut back to 28

I totally agree. Everyone has different metabolic rates. And different levels of activity, some one of the same weight but less active may lose on a lower point. I honestly don't sit down all day. Im always on the go ( im hyper active i think) so i need 29

I find I may lose well on the first week but after that my body seems to go into panic and holds on to every calorie and stores it incase it doesn't get enough the next day. So long term it doesn't pay for me to cut down too much on my points as I pay for it later.

Its a case of trial and error and finding what suits you best. Weight Watchers set the points to suit your height, gender and weight etc so I believe that is what we should eat. I also believe that loseing at a steady 1-2 lbs a week means it is more lightly to keep it off.

Yes I agree so I trying to up my points to one or two a day as I've stalled at 26
