Hi CP..Ok.. I ordered Jane Ashers Coconut Essence, which is a pure essence and that came out at 6.50 inc postage, Then ordered the one on Ebay (thanks Laura), which was a flavour and with postage came out at 3.50. So will compare the differences and let you all know.. they will both last ages too

My fave are the iceland chicken fillets in gravy, £1 for a boil in the bag pack and are free on EE and red

How do you eat a Dragon Fruit ? Every week I eye them up but am unsure what to do with it / how to eat it!!
Ypu just cut it open like a kiwi down the centre and eat the creamy centre with black pips in it, enjoy if you get the chance

Got the Coconut Flavouring from Ebay on Sat (1 day delivery), and it is lush. Great in curries .
Apparently my bank details didn't go through with Jane Ashers, so will just stick with this one from Ebay and will be buying some more. x
