new girls food diary

    Hi all,
    me new hear, been looking around and reading lots of posts which have helped me understand the plan, and helped me lots.:)
    now thinking would be good for me to start putting my food diary on hear, hopping it will keep me on track, its my second week in and have lost 4lb:D.
    so hear we go-

    20/1/09 green day

    breakfast-
    ceral (HEB) and ss milk (HEA)
    black coffee

    snack- orange

    lunch-eat smart morrisons chicken & garlic pasta sauce
    muller light yogurt
    black coffee

    tea-i will be having-
    baked potato with beans and some cheese (HEA)

    lots of water and sparkling spring water drink

    snack-weight watchers individual banoffee dessert not sure on syn value?? so saying 6 sins :)obut i love them)

    thanks fea for looking up the snys of weight watchers puds i will have to stop having them, or cut them down anyway haha.

    not been a bad week lost 2lb :), so feel good, going to have to try realy hard this week as i always give in on week 3 and stop but will try and keep on track,

    got my little girls birthday party later she having friends round, me got to make party food :( which i love,

    my problam as always been picking when kids are having tea and there left overs so this is going to be hard :(,

    she also wonts to go to frankies and bennys on sat not sure what to do if to have a red or green day, dont no what to eat help!!!!!!

    21/1/09 today on red day and been eatting-

    Hi All

    sat -24/1/09
    not a good day, my daughters birthday and she wonted to go to frankies and bennys, which i love:(.

    let myself go, but must say did realy enjoy the meal:):),

    sun- 25/1/09 red day
    (back on plan)

    breakfast-
    ceral (HEB) and ss milk (HEA)
    black coffee

    lunch-was out so just had a orange and
    black coffee:(

    snack-
    muller light yogurt

    dinner-
    chicken salad with a brown bun (Heb)
    black coffee


    lots of water and sparkling spring water drink


    monday 26/1/09 red day

    breakfast-
    muller light yogurt + banana

    snack-
    melon + black coffee

    lunch-
    tuna salad + black coffee

    snack-
    orange

    dinner-
    beef kebabs and salad

    lots of water and sparkling spring water drink

    wow great losses you are doin great we are similar weights .I have only had small losses but hoping once im good alllllllllll week will have a fab loss :)
