Chinese remedy shops... Box of 20 bags normally £5 or less ..... You reuse bag four times so basically make it then keep bag... I tend to use bag four times in one day about 3 times a week. Really helps and also if you have had a bad day helps to lessen the damage... Does not taste great so I drink it fast when cooled slightly but I swear by it as do my friends... X

Lost two stone through low carb... And tea as an added extra... Still got about 10lbs left to lose ..... The hardest... Because I so want to eat everything but keep thinking how lovely I feel in my short skirts x

Thts good well done iam on slimfast eating 1300 calories a day but it tends to get boring cause all you drink is shakes.how long did that take you?.x
