Saying hi as new to the forum and to Lipotrim.

Just got in from the Pharmacy and have a weeks worth, but realistically unable to start till Friday due to other commitments and meals planned due to family visiting from out of town so will do a weigh in on Friday morning and all as trust my scales a lil more than those at the pharmacy

What to say about me? Not much to tell, but I look forward to getting to know you all x

today was a fail, got dragged out to lunch by family friends - had salad, but did have 2 shakes today n walked about 6miles, tomorrow is a fresh day x
