new o dieting

Hi all,

I have just decided that I need to lose some weight as I am pushing 15 stone. I have never really bothered about it before but now that I am in my mid 40's, I feel the need to get healthier and fitter. Also, I want to be ready for a great beach holiday in the Summer. Having never dieted before, I am not really sure where to start. Any advice out there?
