new start red days

Great thread! Love seeing your diary on the red plan as I only usually do Extra Easy! May have to give red days a go! Good luck xx
 
Red day so its weigh in day I lost 2lbs this week rather pleased

Breakfast
35g porridge oats heb
Muller light
Cup of tea with milk hea

Apple

Ww hot chocolate (2)

Lunch
Bacon, ww sausage cumberland x2- (1) mushrooms, frylight eggs tinned tomatoes

Strawberries and apple
Cuppa tea

Dinner
Sirlion steak and red onion peppers courgette mushroom
Strawberries and quark sweetener

Choc options 2

Syn
Fredo 5

Help please ??
Been trying a week of red days - feeling more hungry tho than I normally do on green/extra easy. I'm snacking on fruit and muller Greeks and I'm drinking plenty of water between meals too.
any suggestions would be appreciated x
 
My advice is you will get used to it if your like me your a carb person and I look to those to fill me up but try bulking with more meat and veg
 
I can't physically eat any more veg with my eve meals. Having salad with my lunch.
I've been snacking on raw carrots and peppers too
Yest I had 3/4 mounded plate of veg with pork steaks, just had chicken thighs with a huge bowl full of toms, peppers, onions, carrots, and courgettes.
Ive had my hex b of bread + an extra slice at lunch on my club sandwich. Don't wanna eat any more eggs a day cos at the mo most days I'm eating them .
R seafood sticks free ?
