New start

    Messed around for far too long now. Got to a mini target of 12 stone from my 30th birthday but since then its been bad and ive put on 1 st 2lbs. I had lost 2 stone 1 lbs up until my birthday over that past year but now half of its back on and i need to get back in the zone.

    Hopefully tomorrow i will start again. I haven't been well all today though with a tummy bug so dont know how it will pan out. will see how im feeling in the morning.

    weigh in in the morning. After todays 'illness' i may have lost but then again i may not as not had the best of weeks but not the worst.

    my aim is to be back to 12 stone for my sisters hen do in just under 12 weeks and then its her wedding 2 weeks after. Im going to try my best to do it now. got to stop messing about now and stop giving into temptation.

    I'm also starting again. I'm doing extra easy where originally I've only ever done green days (plus every other diet on the planet) with limited success because I get complacent.

    Thank you Lisa and good luck. Im feeling a lot better today but not 100%. :)

    So i weighed in this morning and my bathroom scales went wappy! I was 13 st 2lbs last week. Firstly it said 12 6 then 11 9! so im back to weighing on the wii and i stayed the same which is good as i thought i would put on. I think being ill yesterday may have helped that!! :sick0019:

    Had a lay in as the kids are at their dads so didnt wake till gone 11 so waited till lunchtime to eat. Had magic pancakes that i had soaking overnight which were yummy and filling and other than that 2 mullerlights. I know ive not got and SF in there but im not a huge fruit fan at all. prefer the veg in my tea. And i dont want to overface myself just yet so just taking it slowly. Im still full so thats the main thing.

    Tea with either be chicken or gammon with potatoes and veg :)

    Can't go wrong with meat and veg. I've got psycho scales too, the amount of times they've nearly ended up chucked out the bathroom window lol :D

    I'm having pork curry from the meat left over from yesterday's joint. Think I might have overdone the chillies though because my eyes water every time I stir it lol. Glad you're feeling better :)

    lol, im a wimp i have very little spicyness. Hope your curry was nice.

    I managed my tea fine, gammon, new pots and veg with syn free gravy. it was lovely.

    then had a ww jaffa cake flavour hot choc for 2 syns. Only syns ive had all day which is a first for me lol x

    The curry was absolutely gorgeous! :) think it was the best I've made. The hot choc sounds lovely what make is it? You're going well for syns only having 2 :)

    usually im way over lol. think my stomach still isnt 100% right.

    its a new one by weight watchers. Its in a 88g resealable pouch and there 8 11g servings in it x

    Well last night ended not well. I had rest of my syns plus more. God knows how many more as i finished off some mini eggs i found in the fridge :mad:

    So new day today

    breakfast - 50g of All bran choc crunch plus some of HEA milk (4 syns)
    lunch - i did have 1/3rd of my daughters cone of chips but i showed will power by throwing rest away. When home from taking my daughter to nursery i had a ham salad
    Tea - Schwartz chicken curry for slow cooker (3.5 for the lot) gave mum half and i had about 2/3 of what was left as not that nice. so estimate 1.5 syns for my portion plus i added a ww greek coconut yoghut that i was amazed to see was 2 syns!! thought they were 0.5 syns! anyway made it nicer but still not great so didnt eat much. had rice with that.

    snacks - few muller lights (free), some chicken (free), alpen light bar (2.5). had a few smarties too so estimate 3 syns

    so with the chips ive def gone over as i have no idea how many syns. Its a much better day than previous weekdays in other weeks. Fresh start in the morning x

    I just cant seem to stay in my syns.i always go over. Over by 5 yesterday.

    This week has been much better than previous weeks but not 100% tho.

    Im tired and fed up so im just eating. Usually ok stuff but too much of it. I would think nothing of having 5 alpen lights in one go (i did last night) :(

    lost 1lbs!!

    Well new week and new start yet again but when i weighed in this morning i lost 1lbs so i pleased with that :D

    so we didnt wake up till lunchtime so had brunch which was a bacon and egg sandwich (3 syns for extra 20g of bread and spread)

    went out on a trek to aldi to find some chick pea dahl to make curry loaf. Got lost lol, so tried the tesco and asda nearby for theirs with no luck. Walked 1.6 miles (more than i thought) to the aldi and finally got some.

    so came home and made the curry loaf. was yummy, still got a few pieces in the fridge for tomorrow.

    So tea......hmmmm waste of syns ...... 4.5 syns on a lamb shank for lidl with new potatoes and veg. It was awful, loads of fat, the sauce was swimming in oil. vile!!! Didnt really eat any sauce, only what coated my food.

    so over all in the day including my tea, a cheeky mars bar at aldi cos i was starving! and a few digestives ive used at least 30 syns :( so im going to do weekly syns this week. The rest of the week i aiming for 10 syns a day and sunday if ive stuck to it will have 25 for a treat but we will see.

    i have got to do this!!

    Well a mixed week for me. Started off badly. I had nearly 50 syns by the time i went to bed on tuesday and i was feeling crap.

    So gave myself a good talking to. New plan to aim for 10 syns a day. If i did go over it wouldnt be by too much hopefully. I know i have gone over my 105 for the week but ive been loads better than previous weeks so will see what the scales say in the morning. Going to stick to the 10 syns a day next week and if i have any left i will treat myself sunday. I am going away friday to monday though so Cant guarentee im going to be the best behaved but im gonna try not pig out too much. x

    crap tbh hun :(

    i gained again week 2 then went away for the weekend and gained again when i was back so started back at classes this week. Today has been my 3rd official day. First day brilliant, 2nd day rubbish, today so so. I a being much stricter with myself as i know i have to now weigh in front of them and i dont want my £5 going to waste if i gain each time. So weigh in is now 5pm on wednesdays. Going to change all my info on here and class this as week one. Im coming to have a nosy at your diary in a mo xx

    well last day of my first week and overall its gone well. had some days i went over my syns, other days under but overall ive had 90 syns in 6 days meaning im bang on track for once in my life!!! :8855:
    Hoping for a good loss tomorrow at 5pm

    so todays menu

    HEA: 350ml skimmed milk
    HEB: 60g of whole meal bread (it was actually 80 so + 2 syns( (this was actually from yesterday as i had extra bread but didnt have any today to make up for it)

    Breakfast - syn free pancakes and banana

    Lunch - SW 'heinz' tomato soup, pasta in sauce cheese and broccoli

    tea - fajita curry (includes peppers and onion) with batchelors rice

    syns -

    2 extra bread
    4 Highlights hot choc with squirty cream and marshmellows

    totaling 90 for the 6 days on plan. My new week will start tomorrow. looking forward to weigh in :)

    Today was weigh in day so i kept food light until after weigh in.

    Breakfast - syn free pancakes and banana

    lunch - left overs from yesterdays homemade tomato soup (very yummy will be making more)

    tea - 4 bfree wraps (1 HEB and 15 syns) lettuce, chicken, peppers, onion, spices, mayo (1 syn worth)

    snacks - pop crisps (4) chocolate biscuit (4)

    so 24 syns in total but gonna take it off my weekly 105 then share the rest out between the next 6 days which means about 13 (i think) a day.
