Hi fellow dieters! I'm new here and new to exante! Im on day 2 and so far I'm finding it okay! Ive not long had a baby so I'm busy with him which keeps my mind of food! I'm hoping to lose a stone in a month to bring me back into a healthy weight! So far I am really enjoying all the food apart from the thai soup! yukkk any advice on sprussing this on up?
