Sharon your first week is wrong I thought you lost 12lbs
 
Yes so did I Al but when I went for my 2nd weigh in the pharmacist told me he converted from kgs to stones and pounds wrong. so I only lost 10.5lbs first week I was disappointed but moved on now. My chemist is organised chaos I've seen 3 different people so far.

Week 1: -10.5lbs. Week 2: -6lbs. Week 3: -5lbs
 
I'm doing fine Al good luck with your refeed and enjoy you parents 50th anniversary and sisters birthday to the full. I'm going away for a week in August but I'm planning to stay 100% don't fancy having to go through the few days again. Where you off to on holiday?

Afternoon guys! Well biggest test so far passed!! Asda and macdonalds and I did it!! Went a bit sulky with hubby n son eating maccy d's in the car but felt they've been so good they deserved it!
Daisy went to Dublin last year! Amazing loved every minute!
Sharon my chemist is crap to!! She didn't even tell me my weight and don't get kgs so looked at what she wrote down and determined I lost 8lbs and when I said that she agreed with me.... Well durrrrr! Was 17.4 now 16.8 ... That's 10lbs!! I figured it out this morning had a sneaky weigh I've only got 2lbs to go before my stone!! Hoping to get that by weigh in Friday! Yayyy!! I'm dooooing this!! Least mine was the other way round I guess!! But going to get pen and paper with me next time make sure I get my proper weight off in lbs!!

I know Sun but I'm not going abroad that would be different I'm only going to middlesborogh for a few days and back home for a week.

i am due to go on holiday on 14th of August so I'll be getting off Lipotrim by then & ill go on re-feed the week before & may come back on Lipotrim afterwards depending on weight loss results.
I've just remembered that my partner wants to take me out for a my birthday meal with her family which is on the 13th of July & I am torn do I cancel it or go ahead & have something that day? & pick up from the next day? Also on 14th it's a night out with friends but it's not a problem as I can just drink water & dance:) & I guess I'll burn whatever I've eaten from night before & I will be sensible if I go out for a meal what does everyone think ??? X
 
Well done Jeni for resisting the food :) amazing how once we put our mind to something we can achieve it :) I'm doing great thanks

Ooo that's a tricky one.... I don't think you'll do to much damage but you will have to get back into ketosis after!! If youve felt it hasn't been to bad and you can do it I'd go for it... Don't know if I could though!! Very hard cos you don't want to miss the important dates but I think I'd worry I couldn't get back on it!

Hi Lisa... Leaf tea only is peppermint, green, redbush, earl grey and normal of course no berry or fruit teas.. Or like green tea and lemon... These will take u out of ketosis :)

Ann found the reply button thankyou just stocked up on cherries and cinnamon teas !!!!!wont be drinking them then lol black coffee it is today hopefully give me a bit of energy ...
 
Noooo pop!! I just have blk coffee and tea.. I read somewhere decaf is best as it stops water retention.. Not sure how true this is?! I also add a splash of my choc shake I have for tea in my coffee to make a chocca mocca type drink (not really as nice!!) but it's okay and fills me up :)

Woohooo I can't wait for my weigh in on weds morning, soo excited!
Well done for resisting maccy d's hun, will be worth it in the long run x
