Thanks today and yesterday have been the worst keep looking at the chicken on the kitchen side but have been good so far but hell today x
 
Put it away Lisa!!! I've just cooked sausage n mash for hubby n son.. I very nearly licked the mash spoon! :0

All that hard work Lisa! Is the chicken really worth hampering your 'glam' dream? I bet it's not and by being on day 7 you've already proved how strong and determined you are so listen to jeni and put it away :)

Aww rachael.. I had a day like that Friday.. Was pretty bad I was close to caving but sooo glad I didnt cos tomorrows another day.. And hopefully a good day! Well done for getting through it.. I think the trick with this diet is wake up early full of energy do everything that needs doing then relax in the evening and go to bed early... Well it's working for me! Not sure where exercise is going to fit in but I'll work something out!!

Hi All, well my first day had two shakes and the mushroom soup for tea with 55 grams of chopped mushrooms in it, it was not as bad as i thought it would be. The only problem I am having is drinking the water, normally i have three litres a week not a day, only managed 2.5 litres today though, although i expect it becomes easier. Cant beleive I am not hungry and had to force myself to make the soup for tea. I weighed myself this morning and going to try to stay away from the scales till my CD weighs me on the 13th.

Thanks Jeni - I will def be on here! Minimised at work, iphone app, geared up haha ;) my weigh in will be Saturday so a short week this week, better get my bum in gear! xx
