Tells you on the profile section Rachael... Deffo boooo to hubby!! When mine had 'mummy' deliver his roast last Sunday I locked myself in front room and sprayed fabreeze everywhere!! It worked I felt sick!! Sun go to the tech support thread... Mine worked as soon as I hit 50... They answer pretty quick,, great guys always there to help!

I'm lucky that I live alone but bf and I just got a house together do moving in at end of July - will miss my little flat - been my haven for last 8 years
Chan, where in Greece? I ADORE Greece and really miss it now and I'm extremely jealous. A colleague at work is on a constant diet n she said how she resists is that when ever anyone offers her anything that's bad, to just view it as pure fat - so that plate of fat ur gf is eating, may smell nice but yuck

Hi Jen yeah my tongue is not a great colour & no matter how many times I brush it still looks agh lol & that's brilliant news about them jeans I got some that fit too tightly so I'm going to try them next week hope you all have a good & chat later x

Hi ladies, on my lunch break at work n suddenly got all this spare time lol - wonder why???
Well, weigh in now gonna be weds as I have changed chemists. Not for any bad reason, but the chemist where I transferred to, the lady has done it herself do she can relate to any issues I may have, whereas my current lady is lovely but a size 8 wet thro n never done it. I prefer having someone I can relate to x

my name is Carol and I am 51 years old and I live in Spain, and work in Gibraltar and
here its the Cambridge 800.
I need to loose 20 kilos. I have just picked up my soups and shakes from my consultant, €197 worth for 1 month.
I am determined to do this as
a) its expensive and
b) i need to get in my size 12/14 clothes I have in my wardrobe and
c) i had a hip replacement a year ago and its still not good so need to take some weight off my joints.
I think the problem I may have is drinking 3 litres of water, at present I don't drink that a week so not looking forward to that bit.
I am looking forward to meeting new people on here for a chat and support.
