It's a week Chan i think, my chemist said i can do it for four days before my holiday though.

Lol daisy I know! Dont beat urself up about the tredmill youve just done a 12 hour shift! I think im gonna start the exercising monday.. Bit worried if i dont ill be all 'flappy skinned'!

Forest gump is a great film & I am just starting to heal from gym session that I had on Wednesday lol & I got another session on Monday Jeni so maybe we both do it I had a peak on scales earlier Daisy but I cant go by them as they are not same as the chemists so I'll wait till Monday x

Hope we are all doing well today.
I've not long got up & decided to face my diploma studies that I've been avoiding!
Then when shop open I'm going to get them strips for breath as my partner has commented that I got bad breath & I don't want comments like that from work tomorrow ! Are they best to get from boots& what are they called? X I might even get weighed on their scales while I'm there x

You can get Listerine strips or nuphar strips which i find a lot cheaper and i think are stocked by all Lipotrim chemists!

Morning chan... Have you got a day Lewis chemist around u? They Deffo have them in there....but I'm pretty sure they have them at asda to... I keep mine on my desk at work.. Don't really care in front of hubby lol! Aww!
