Hello everyone! I started the cambridge weight plan today. Met with my consultant who was lovely and she suggested I try starting on the 810 plan so sole source and having a small meal as well. So far I'm going great probably as I have had such a busy day! My daughter started school and I have exams tomorrow and Wednesday, some may say not a good time to start such a drastic diet but hey when is?!! I have made a pile of spicy lentil soup and i'll have some for tea and freeze the rest. I had cwp leek and potato soup for lunch which if I'm honest tasted a bit plain and powdery but I expected that really! Any tips/ recipes for 810 plan would be gratefully received and I'm here to offer anyone else support where I can!
