Few pringles from Pauls box when watching a movie last night.

hi im back ive maintained for the last couple of months on ww but now ive opted for maintence to help me lose last stone wish me luck and any advice as what to eat and drink etc thanks people :D
 
Wed 17th Aug

B: Shake
L/D: chicken, broccoli, carrots, onions, peppers, boiled rice, low fat sauce.

2 finger kit Kat
Packet of wotsits :) yum!

(TOM and feel really snacky!)
 
Thur 18th Aug

B: LT bar & water
L/D: chicken, broccoli, carrots, onions, peppers, boiled rice, low fat sauce.

Carrot sticks
Milky Bar

Friday 19th aug

B: None :( eeeek!!
L: Tea & egg/onion sandwich
D: chicken/stuffing/1 roast/veg/gravy

LOTS of alcohol!! Too much haha... As Saturday will show!

Sat 20th aug (AWFUL HANGOVER!)

B: Fruit Salad
L: Soup and white roll WHITE!! (haven't had anything White in months!) lol
D: Ice cream/Nachos!!

More alcohol and booked into hotel for second night.

Sunday 21st

B: None
L: tuna in brine with salad
D: no dinner yet, prob won't have much, maybe some fruit!

Need to get stuck into it again tomorrow!! On the up side - best weekend ever was had! :) so happy for my friend!!xxxx

Feeling under the weather! :(

This Tuesday will be a fortnight since I weighed in because of weddings etc.. I don't think it's extreme to say I feel like I have put on half a stone.. I can literally feel it! Really thinking about going back on TFR! :( xx

Had 2lb on in the two weeks so I'm happy enough with that, surprised it's not more..
