New to Minimins.. Profile help

    Hi.. Please could someone help on how I set up my profile (put stats on etc) i've read the whole page and I can't seem to see anything that points me in the right direction...whether this is just me being ditzy :) thanks for any help guys! x

    If you click on User CP on the blue bar at the top of the page you will see a menu on the left side if you click on edit details you will be able to insert your stats and they will appear on the left side of all your posts.

    To see your profile you need 50 posts.

    Have a look on this thread and it will explain further and if you need any help please ask.

    Hi Sonkie,
    I'm on Lipotrim, which one are you on?
    I've tried Weight Watchers and calorie counting in the past but with no luck... I lose a few pounds then give in. So i thought a TFR diet would be best as there is no choice of 'a little bit won't hurt' because I can't just stop at one packet of crisps its got to be at least 3 lol, i'm on day 4 today and actually feel really good... i've got a lot more energy than normal and i'm hungry what so ever! its really good to hear peoples stories on here!

    Im also on Lipotrim....day 9 for me.......I did this diet 4 yrs ago....to have a hernia repair operation......lost 8 stones then fell pregnant.....put a lot of it back on .....and here I am agin to try again.....though no babies this time lol.

    When you say diary.. is that just posting a new thread everyday with how you're getting on is there another place you can do this?
